The core functionality of the system encompasses data and signature storage, maintenance and presentation as well as signature verification. These tasks are performed through the SignPlus Application Server utilizing a Database, an optional Web Server and optional Verification Engines.
SOFTPRO offers several ways to trigger and control this functionality dependent on the customer’s needs. Various Clients (Java Client, Thin Client, etc.) provide Graphical User Interfaces. In order to exchange data with the customer environment, standardized Interfaces and Auxiliary Tools such as the Account Loader (AL) are available.
All modules within this core (SignBase, SignInfo, SignCheck) and their corresponding sub-modules (interfaces, auxiliary tools, etc.) are fully integrated into a common architecture. Due to the open and modular architecture different modules can be utilized independently. Customers are invited to license just the components of the complete product suite that need to be available for their individual solutions.
SOFTPRO developed additional modules such as SignTeller Verification performing real-time signature verification and SignDoc, SOFTPRO’s solution for securing electronic documents. Both modules can also be integrated into individual SignPlus solutions if it is beneficial to the customer’s needs.
Beyond this standard functionality, there are various built-in features that allow the SignPlus solution to be easily configured, or if necessary to be customized and tailored to specific needs. Please contact us for detailed information.
