Enhancements

• Upgrading to SignBase® enables you to manage signature snippets. Semi-automatic cleaning removes image elements that are not part of the signature (e.g. lines and boxes, rubber stamps, background graphics etc.). Optionally, a form-independent cleaning of grey-scale snippets is available.
• Signing rules are stored in free text form. Optimizing your workflow requires that these rules are managed in a normalized way. Upgrading to SignBase® allows to store and display the rules unambiguously and clearly.
• Use SignCheck® for a full automation of your signature verification process (configurable workflow, automatic signature and signing rules verification).
• SignDoc® allows you to add signing of electronic documents to your workflow.
