Fifth Third chooses Softpro’s FraudOne to Combat Check Fraud

Cincinnati, OH, June 10, 2009 – Softpro North America today announced that its holistic fraud detection software suite FraudOne has been chosen by Fifth Third, a leading financial services company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
 
Fifth Third’s objectives are to improve staffing efficiencies while significantly improving the detection of fraudulent items. Fifth Third was looking for a solution which enables banks to take necessary precautions to secure the paper-based payment process and prevent losses from check fraud in a truly cost-effective manner. The solution is intended to be rolled out in the second and third quarter of 2009.
