E-Signing using SignPad and SignWare in Banks

CECA has added the SignPad eSignio into its document workflow solution process. Additionally SOFTPRO‘s Software Development Kit SignWare has been integrated.

• The customer can see the full context of the signing purpose on the display of SignPad eSignio. Thus the relation of the signature and the receipt are easy to link unambiguously for the signer.
• The customer signs on SignPad. His signature is digitized immediately throughout the writing process.
• A set of software components caters for the authenticity and integrity of the electronic documents. The captured data are linked with the signed document content.
• Based on the individual biometric signing characteristics of a signer an “electronic signature” is created.
• Modifications of documents after the signing ceremony are recorded and the documents’ integrity is protected.
