e-Signing Workflow in Insurance

The mobile sales force of the insurance company VPV is travelling light now. Instead of carrying many paper forms they use electronic application forms.

The icing on the cake of the electronic workflow of VPV is the integration of paperless signing with the handwritten signature. Customers and employees of VPV sign insurance applications on the pressure-sensitive monitor of premium Tablet PCs using SOFTPRO's SignDoc.

Paper is gradually phased out from the internal processes of the insurance company VPV. Encrypted documents are transferred straight into the electronic archive, the signature may be verified automatically on demand.
