Find out what they like
The "SOFTPRO USER GROUP MEETING" started for the first time in September of 2005 provides a unique opportunity for SOFTPRO customers, and product users to participate in the future of SOFTPRO's products. SOFTPRO is committed to providing solutions that meets their customer needs and supports a holistic approach to fraud prevention for the financial industry. In 2007 the successful meeting format was enhanced again and the group focused on fraud trends that were identified during the 2006 meeting and very actively discussed solution scenarios. The event proved to be extremely valuable for both SOFTPRO and the attending users. In addition to the open dialogue between SOFTPRO and their customers, the event provided the opportunity to share ideas, listen, and learn from other user's experiences. In particular, the event provided a forum for discussing current and future fraud trends experienced by the industry, and ways to proactively combat them in an effective manner. The outcome of the User Group Meeting resulted in "WinWin" for both SOFTPRO and the financial industry. The form of the meeting was primarily an on-going workshop that helped SOFTPRO to generate new ideas on how to make a fraudster's life as difficult as possible and supply banks' with technology that really fits their needs. Consequently those banks', participated in the Fraud One User Group Meeting are the first ones to reap the benefits of innovative anti-fraud technology and indeed to participate in its inception. We were proud to welcome participants of Bank of America, Chase Heloc, Citigroup, Key Bank, Metavante, National Commercial Bankof Jamaica, Republic Bank of Trinidad, Synovus and Wachovia as well as SOFTPRO's partner in the Carribean - MBM(Ansa McAl). For information on the next meeeting please contact the office of SOFTPRO North America. If you are part of the User Group you will receive a notification on plans for the next meeting via e-mail well in advance. In addition, SOFTPRO presented its solutions based on the 2006 user group input. In the meantime SOFTPRO has developed its new product release based the user group input. The event provided the participating attendees an exclusive view "behind the bits and bytes". A primary topic was the automation of the front office with added security and fraud protection while capturing, storing and verifying handwritten signatures.
