The connection of the systems of SOFTPRO and Security Transfer offers the strongest defense against fraud with transfer forms and checks. Both systems are successfully in production at ABN Amro Bank in the Netherlands. Fraud with manipulated transfer forms is based on tampering the formular (e.g. scratching), using correction fluid or instant correction tape. Security Transfer's solution is based on a specially coated paper, that works jointly with dedicated automatic detection equipment.
