Sales Executive @ SOFTPRO North America (m/f)

The sales executive is a self-motivated, commission driven hunter that will be responsible for all phases of the software sales cycle. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and prospective customers. This position requires significant travel.

Responsibilities
  • Target, research, qualify and develop new business
  • Build relationships with decision makers in target accounts
  • Execute all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Contribute to building and managing client relationships
  • Contribute to the inception and execution of the lead generation processes
  • Must be accountable and proficient at developing and executing sales plans
Requirements
  • Four year college degree
  • Technical background in software systems or banking industry preferred
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and selling process
  • Five plus years direct selling focused on complex technology solutions in the banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of US banking operations and payment processing systems
  • Ability to demonstrate success in meeting individual sales quotas
  • Professionally trained and proficient in sales fundamentals
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and project/solutions based selling preferred.
  • This position requires 50% to 75% domestic travel.
